These Terms govern access to and use of LeadHubGo Director coaching services. By using our website or enrolling in a program you accept these Terms. We provide professional coaching and development resources to directors and senior leaders; program scope and deliverables are defined in the enrollment materials.
Eligibility
Participation in LeadHubGo Director coaching programs is limited to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in program materials. Enrollment may require verification of professional status and agreement to these Terms.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under applicable law. Our programs are intended for adult professionals.
Services must be used for lawful professional development purposes. Use that violates law or harms others is prohibited and may result in termination of access.
Some programs or content may not be available in every jurisdiction. LeadHubGo may restrict access based on local laws or operational constraints.
Account and access
Certain parts of the LeadHubGo site and program materials require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping account credentials secure.
Keep your account information current and accurate. Misleading or false information may result in refusal of services or termination.
Protect your login credentials and notify LeadHubGo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We will act to secure accounts where we detect misuse.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable without explicit written consent from LeadHubGo.
If you suspect your account was compromised, contact our support team immediately so we can contribute and secure the account.
LeadHubGo may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or where continued access poses a security risk.
Services
LeadHubGo delivers coaching programs, workshops, assessments, and materials as described in program descriptions. Specific session schedules, deliverables, and coaching scope are set out in enrollment agreements.
We may modify program content, scheduling, or delivery methods. When feasible, LeadHubGo will notify enrolled participants of significant changes in advance to allow adjustment.
Services may be affected by factors outside our control. LeadHubGo will make reasonable efforts to ensure availability but may experience interruptions for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events.
Participant rules
Participants are expected to engage professionally and respectfully. The following rules support a productive coaching environment.
- Attend sessions on time and be prepared as advised in program materials.
- Respect confidentiality of other participants and coaches.
- Refrain from discriminatory or abusive language or behavior.
- Follow any additional guidelines set by LeadHubGo or assigned coaches.
- Provide constructive feedback when requested by program facilitators.
- Use program materials and resources only for permitted professional development.
- Report concerns about conduct or safety to LeadHubGo promptly.
User-submitted content
Participants may share case studies, comments, or other materials during programs. You remain responsible for the content you contribute.
You retain ownership of original content you submit, except where you grant LeadHubGo a license to use it for program delivery and improvement.
By submitting content, you grant LeadHubGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and adapt it for coaching delivery and internal training.
Do not submit third-party confidential information without authorization. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to share submitted materials.
LeadHubGo may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Requests to remove content will be handled according to our policies.
Intellectual property
All program materials, activity, and course content are the intellectual property of LeadHubGo or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
- Do not reproduce published program content without permission.
- Do not use LeadHubGo activity or logos without written consent.
- Licensed materials must be used only by authorized participants as specified.
Paid services and fees
Certain coaching programs, assessments, and workshops are paid services. Fees and payment terms are provided at enrollment.
Program pricing is specified in the enrollment materials and may include one-time or recurring fees. Prices may vary by program and cohort.
Payments may be made by approved methods listed during checkout. Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure enrollment.
Subscription services, where offered, will continue until cancelled according to the subscription terms. Cancellation policies are specified at purchase.
Refund and cancellation terms for paid services are provided at the time of purchase and depend on program type and timing of cancellation.
To cancel enrollment, follow the procedure in the program agreement. Fees may apply depending on timing and the specific program's cancellation policy.
Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes related to payments. LeadHubGo will invoice taxes where required by law.
LeadHubGo may change prices for future program offerings; price changes do not affect already paid and confirmed enrollments unless otherwise stated.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services until payment is resolved.
Professional disclaimer
Coaching and advice provided by LeadHubGo are professional development services designed to support leadership growth. Results depend on participant engagement and external factors. Information shared does not constitute legal, business, or medical advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LeadHubGo's liability arising from the services is limited. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from participation in programs or use of materials.
Third-party services
Third-party tools, venues, or experts may be used in program delivery. LeadHubGo does not control third-party actions and is not liable for the conduct or performance of external providers.
Termination and suspension
LeadHubGo may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where continued participation could harm the integrity of the program. Participants may also end their engagement following the cancellation process outlined in enrollment documents.
Termination may remove access to materials, sessions, and any associated benefits. Fees paid may be handled according to the applicable cancellation and refund policy.
Privacy

Communications
LeadHubGo may communicate program updates, administrative notices, and marketing materials. You can manage marketing preferences, but essential communications related to program delivery will continue.
